Vicidial is not dialing more than 12 digits. Is there a way to make it dial 17 digits, if so how. kindly let me know. The provider has a dial prefix and I do not know how to handle it. Very Urgent

Look at the extensions.conf file

What country are you in that you have to dial 17 digits?

is there a common prefix across all calls or country codes?

If so, then you can either put that in the dialplan or in the dial_prefix field of the campaign.
