Autodial not working

I just installed 2.0.4, bought the manager manual, and I'm through tutorial F. The main purpose of this installation will be dialing without live agents, so this is most important part for me ... and of course, this one won't work.

Here is screen -r

I have the "h,1" and "h,2" lines in dialplan. I can dial out with a regular agent, but when I login with remote agent, nothing happens.

MySql vicidial_remote_agents table contains line for the remote agent, status ACTIVE, campaign_id appropriate. vicidial_live_agents is empty.

Not sure what I forgot, but I obviously forgot something. Please help?

There is a bug in remote agents in the 2.0.4 release, please download and install the 2.0.4rc2 release.

the 2.0.4.1rc2 upgrade has no needed conf file changes or DB changes for an upgrade from the 2.0.4 release, it should be a seemless upgrade for you.

Even so, we recommend backing up everything before doing any alterations to your system just in case.

I've upgraded, that all went fine. Now I can get the campaign to dial, but when I answer the call, it immediately hangs up on me without playing the message. Here's relevant settings:

Campaign VDAD exten: 8364

Remote agent external exten: 8320

In extensions.conf:

I can dial 85100005 and it plays the message.

I can dial 8320 and hit the mute button on my phone, and it plays the message. Although it seems awfully sensitive to sound for detecting silence. Is there a way to change that?

Also wondering, is there any reason not to just to into remote agents in admin to make the remote agent active and start the campaign, rather than logging in with vdremote?

And of course, please, my main question, how to get it to play message instead of just hanging up.

Please post Asterisk CLI output from the hangups happening.

Also post agiout logfile output of the transfer AGI script from when the hangups happen.

If there is one, post some results from the AMD logfile.

Looks like callerID is being changed somewhere in your dialplan. Find out where this is happening and remove it.

Sorry for my ignorance, I'm not really sure what you mean by that. Can you explain or refer me to somewhere which does? So far as I know, I just did the standard Vicidial install. All the lines in my previous post contain '3145551212' for the callerid, which is the number I'm dialing. I saw that there was one line that had 314524xxxx for the phone number - that should also have been 3145551212, I just failed to replace my real phone number in once place.

Are you using the 'o' dial flag in your Dial entry in extensions.conf?

One of my dialplan entries was missing the o ... that was it. Thank you very much for all your help.
