Problem Calling Outbound Numbers

Postby harpreet » Tue Feb 19, 2008 12:26 pm

Hello all,

mine is a test install and the problem which I face is that upon clicking :dial next number: the operator says :I am sorry thats not a valid extension:

My asterisk version is 1.2.24 and astguiclient version is 2.0.3 and i have checked that zaptel and ztdummy are running fine.

Is it a tough issue as there are previous threads which are unanswered??
I checked the asterisk cli output but could not diagnose the problem.
Did anyone faced this same problem and found a solution?? If yes, please advise. The output is below.

It will obviously be a matter of your extensions.conf file. Please READ carefully the SCRATCH install file. Also take note that your outbound extension has the country code if you have enabled that option

In order to help we would need your extensions.conf file and astguiclient, asterisk version

Good luck,
