Hello Vicidial Community, newbie here
I want to know if there is an option in Vicidial to disable the auto call pickup feature for inbound calls. Ideally, I would like the softphone to ring first, and then the agent should have a button to click to answer the call manually.
Is this possible, and if so, how can it be configured?
