Is it possible to disable auto call pickup for inbound calls

Hello Vicidial Community, newbie here

I want to know if there is an option in Vicidial to disable the auto call pickup feature for inbound calls. Ideally, I would like the softphone to ring first, and then the agent should have a button to click to answer the call manually.

Is this possible, and if so, how can it be configured?

you can set the phones to "on hook" or if they stay in pause you can set it where they can grab the calls as they see them in queue:

For "Ring first" you seem to be describing "OnHook Agent" functionality.

In an OnHook agent setup, the agent's phone does NOT ring when they log in. Instead, it rings when they get a call. If they do not answer, the call will roll to the next agent. The Lead will be listening to MOH the entire time and be unaware of this process. There are settings in the Ingroup for this. There is also an option for RingAll (and he who answers first ... wins, lol).
