Vicidial Custom Reports Example

I just discover the admin utiliti interface on "Vicidial Custom Reports" .
I plan to do custom report but can i have some example with simple sample custom report to me follow and get some idea?
Example in term of what i need to put in
1. Domain ( i setup as cluster 1ws, 2db, 2dlr)
2. Path name :
3. Preset Constants : Variable Name : Value
