DNC multiple phones
Posted: Tue May 02, 2023 9:33 amIf a lead has multiple phone numbers, (MAIN, ALT, ADDR3), and if one of the phones is dispositioned as DNC, how does Vici handle the other 2 numbers?
Say we call MAIN and is NoAnswer, then call ALT and the customer asks to be added to the DNC list... we dont want to call the other 2 numbers for this customer again.
