FAST DIAL & DIAL NOW is not working

Hello;
vicibox ViciBox v.10.0.2 090123, vicidial 2.14-872a, Build 230117-0838, asterisk 13.38.3-vici, Single Machine

I am facing a problem that when click on FAST DIAL or when Click Manual Dial and then entering the code and the number and clicking on PREVIEW, then click on DIAL, it is not dialing and it is not reaching to asterisk CLI. The only thing that I see it in the Asterisk CLI console is:

[Apr 12 02:27:42] == Manager 'sendcron' logged on from 127.0.0.1
[Apr 12 02:27:43] == Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1

The only way that I was able to place manual call is by click on Manual Dial, entering the number in the overwrite field and click on DIAL NOW, it is dialing. This is working, yes.
Also, when dialing directly from the softphone, it is working fine.

Actually FAST DIAL and DIAL after PREVIEW is a very basic features, why it is not working? I checked the browser console and did not see any error.

Anything is missing? Or it is a bug?

Sorry.
It is worked.
The problem was:
I have to select Omit Phone Code (Y) in the campaign.
But I have to place Dial Code in the Agent User Interface which is 9 in my case.
Or, if I need to use Dial Override, then I have to place the number completed and preceded by 9 (example: 972224488, where 9 is dial code and not part of the phone number itself).
