Asterisk 13.38.2-vici + WebRTC ViciPhone

We noticed that when using the WebRTC client, the rtptimeout parameter does not work.
When a client loses its Internet connection and RTP packets stop coming from the client, Asterisk does not end the session after the rtptimeout expires.
We tried using Asterisk 16.27.0-vici, on this environment, and it has the same behavior.

set the rtpkeepalive to 30
