Looking for Support

2) loadavg: System Load Average: 0.13 0.13 0.11
3) Codecs used: Not sure what that is
4) VOIP or PSTN: VOIP
5) OS: Linux


Hey guys, we are a small call center with 2 vicidial servers +1 Vtiger server.
It feels like our current system doesnt run smooth at all.
We want to add one more server for vicidial but we want to make sure everything is configured correctly.

We are looking for someone who can go through our whole vicidial setup, check settings, check services and so go on.

If everything is "cleared" and all problems solved, we want you to add the 3ed vicidial server in to our setup.

Running a call center is no easy job, if you want to have a smooth running call center, you have to optimize between workflows, tools, apps, and to your agents. In your case, the best strategy would be to outsource your OBP contact center solutions and take note of everything, the workflows, the apps used, the script, and others. See it like a call center course, they provide everything, you learn, and once you're ready to on your own, you can have a well-executed call center.
