I'm trying to install vicidial db and dialer on 2 dell new r450 servers, the install is succesfull, the problem is when i reboot the servers, they don't want to start the services corrrectly and the show the following message :

sulogin: cannot read /dev/tty1: operation not permitted

How can i solve this ?
I already tried vici 9.0.3 and is even worse
