High load issue

What does this indicate on the cpu load? [363 - 45%] ?
and -> load average: 2.22, 3.03, 2.81 this is from the TOP command in CLI
it seems to be the processor load is ok but whats the other 363 in [363 - 45%]?

363 is the amount of processes being run. How many CPU's is this server? 45% is very high. You might have a miner being run on that server

It's just a 2core/4gb machine. One agent logs in regularly for trial basis and then dial mode is autodial....

sounds like a VPS, i would definitely check if you have been hacked, those VPS servers get hacked within hours usually if you dont have them secured right away. 45% LOAD is very high and usually means theres a miner or ddos bot running.
