Local closer transfer traceability
Posted: Thu Sep 30, 2021 11:05 amI'm running Vicibox 9 with some updates to VERSION: 2.14-773a BUILD: 201101-1056 and would like to know if there's a way we can trace calls transfered from one ingroup to another closer ingroup using the LOCAL CLOSER button on the agent's console.
When checking the lead info, it shows as 2 different calls. Times and recording files are accurate, but we don't know where to get a report for those transfered calls.
Does it get logged in any database table where we can make a SQL query to get them?
