I CANNOT HEAR THE VOICE MAIL

Hello, good morning everyone, yesterday I was making manual calls with a remote agent in vicidial, but when trying to receive a voicemail message the call was prolonged until it was cut off. Loading the trunk directly from my softphone the result was the same, the call continued until the system threw me the service not available error.
Performing another test, I dialed the same number from my telephone service, but the voicemail message can be heard without problem. I would like to know what is happening with my vicidial server because I cannot receive the voicemail message.
The configuration of the Carrier in vicidial is as follows:
