problem calls on contemporary campaigns

Postby arx001 » Mon Mar 15, 2021 9:26 am

hi,
I have a problem with campaign management, both version 9 and 8.1.2, I installed the box on a vps, the configuration is ok, if I work on one campaign the system is ok, while if I work on two campaigns simultaneously on the second calls do not come down, it goes at times, one stops and calls arrive on the other and vice versa. I can't figure it out, I've also checked other boxes that are fine and always have the same settings.
I always install from vicibox-express.
Greetings

another information, the second campaign I have to put in manual to be able to call in ratio do not arrive

thanks for the prompt answers.
after some tests i think it is the processor, when it gives me the problem i got a two core processor from kvm without tread,
then I tested on a six core machine even having done kvm with tread and it is also fine with multiple campaigns.
i think it is a processor issue, i will get a dedicated server, so it is handled better. however I noticed that a dedicated 4 core 8 tread can also support 90 agents (tested with ondemand registration)

I recommend using box 8.1.2,
the 9.0.3 has small problems like the
$ t-> waitfor ('/ [0123] \ n $ /');
$ t-> waitfor ('/ [0123456789] \ n $ /');

date.timezone = "Europe / Rome"
