Answer machine detection on / off

Hi guys

how would i go about turning answer machine detection off so agents will get all answer machines ,alot of our target market has IVR's and thus the dialer is taking them off as Auto Answer machine i want that going to the agents (all answer machines)

set the routing extension in the detail view of your campaign to 8368
