Agent Performance Detail Report showing inaccurate times

Hi All,

I have noticed in the Agent Performance Detail report that the agent log records which are from an agent pausing and unpausing aren't shown in the top section of the agent performance report. I've seen a previous forum post where Matt has mentioned this specifically so I can assume that it is that way by design. But this means that the pause time, login time, etc aren't accurate sometimes out by multiple hours. Specifically it is agent log records which don't have a lead id recorded in it (a null value).

Is there a rationale behind this that I am missing? I have modified the report in my versions to show all agent log records but don't really want to have to keep modifying each time there is a new release.
