I have installed the Vicidial from scratch on Centos 7 it works fine but my question is why the servers asterisk CLI shows a different IP add for the soft phone client then the public IP address of the system of the client

what do you mean a different IP? you need to be more specific and please read the sticky notes before posting for requirements before posting. thank you sir

sorry i am new here
and different IP means that the soft phone is installed on system which have an public IP like 194.168.23.1 but when i use command sip show peers in server i gives shows the IP for the soft phone as 122.23.3.4, not always the same IP this is just an example

their must be a proxy running on the machine

from the same PC, browse google.com and type whats my ip,
and check what ip it shows, whether the system public ip, or any proxy IP/vpn ip.

if it shows same server ip, then disconnect the eyebeam and run sip show peers if still it shows same ip, then
might be any other person registers the same extension from some other location.
