ViciPhone with monitoring on Realtime

We have been using the Viciphone for a year, but finally the managers are starting to complain.

It seems that when they are using viciphone(webrtc webphone) and they choose someone to monitor, they get stuck monitoring that person until they refresh the screen. and the worst is if they are monitoring and want to then barge the call. If they hit barge it goes to the voicemail for that extension because the extension is in use monitoring the call.

Anyone experiencing the same thing? I think we used to be able to hang up the webphone with select show webphone, but now really none of the buttons work on the viciphone.

installed with vicibox 9
SVN 3131

hmm. I am using viciphone, and the hangup buttons don't seem to do anything for me.

What SVN are you on? are you using viciphone installed locally?

yes i use it installed locally, a version of viciphone at https://github.com/carpenox/CyburPhone and can be seen at https://cyburphone.com/CyburPhone/cyburphone.php and I am using SVN 3341 as it states in my signature, which I suggest you do the same showing your current setup. if not, Bill(williamconley) will get on your case ;-p

It looks like the hosting expired. So the hosting is now "bounced" back to the provider, and the provider doesn't have the SSL, so the page load fails (no SSL) and the site without SSL using http is a "domain not paid for" type generic load from the provider. Somebody missed an invoice.
