Can't bring QC feature to work

Hello guys, im using vicibox/vicidial for quit a bit now.
U did an amaizing work guys, i lately enabled the QC feature, but i cant get it to work.

When logging with admin, i see all sales
but when i open them i can't make calls, it shows me the lead and their recordings and all other data.

but also:
Cannot call prospect. You are not logged in as 6666. Refresh


Dial Method is [ RATIO ]
QC Enabled on Campaign: Y

Leads list has
Audit Comments: Y

6666 admin has these settings enabled.
QC Enabled: 1
QC User Level: 1
QC Pass: 1
QC Finish: 1
QC Commit: 1
Agent Call Manual: 1
Agent API Access: 1

Agent settings
Agent-Only Callbacks: 1
Agent Call Manual: 1

I found very little about QC here, also the manual is rly short?
May I ask is this feature even used by others ?!
or is there any other alternatives.
