Vicidial Call Transfer

Hi Team,

VERSION: 2.14-63|BUILD: 180908-1433|DATE: 2020-09-08 18:40:35|EPOCH: 1599570635

I have issue on call transfer.

1. I need to open transfer popup when a call is connected without pressing transfer-conf button. else If I press transfer-conf buton, it also execute hold operation/

2. Hangup Txer Line is not active while third party is ringing. How to hangp the txer line while ringing before answer?

3. On Hook agent - Leave 3 way cal pressed. Call hanged up in agent screen but not on soft phone. In softphone they are in connected in conference. How to solve this issue?

Have you read the Vicidial Agent manual? There is a whole section on agent call transfers.
