I just figured out that

here are all recordings available ,, for public - im not shure that is a main wish from the admins.
how to prevent that ?

you can make it password protected using a .htaccess file

Or you can disable indexing in /etc/apache2/conf.d/vicirecord.conf or viciarchive.conf if archive server. You'll need a hotlink to open the recordings.
