Call status report with caller numbers

Postby rahat651 » Thu Aug 06, 2020 10:53 am

Is there any report which lists all the call status with the caller numbers?
We need to call back the users who's calls were not answered or dropped after transfer to a inbound group.

I have found the "Call STATUS STATS" report to be the closer one which lists the counts for the DROP, TIMEOUT, XFER calls but do not see the the list with caller numbers.

Export call reports have got a lot of fields and requires download and open in a viewer.
Was looking for a web page or something for quick and easy view.

I remember I made that report connecting directly to the DB , I just don't remember the exact table name as it was a long time a ago.

In case anyone else is looking for a solution, I have found another solution for this:
- Create a list
- Put the Id of the list in the 'List ID' field of a Call Menu

Then filter the list with the status like DROP, NANQUE, TIMEOT etc.

That's the whole reason we created "Drop Lists" as a feature in VICIdial:

"Drop Lists are a feature that allows you to add new leads to a list built from DROPped calls from inbound groups on a scheduled basis. To enable Drop Lists, you need to go to Admin -> System Settings, and Enabled Drop Lists. Then you can go to Lists -> Drop Lists, and Add a New Drop List."

DropList is a better way to handle the scenario.
