IVR_DTMG_LOGGIN

Im using vicibox9.0.2.
I would like to save the DTMF inputs from the customer, to a database table. I want my agents to transfer the customer to an Park(IVR) where the customer will input the DTMF and the DTMF input will be logged into the database and after inputting the DTMF, the customer should be able to like "PRESS 0 To go back to the agent" and then the agent will get the customer back into the line.
