Need Immediate support to detect FAS/Answering machine calls

Dear Team, I have searched all across in your forum and didnt find a solution where i can filter auto dialed calls which are answered withing 1 sec, as you know mostly these calls are 90 % FAS and answering machines. Also wondering if i do need to patch asterisk 13 in vicibox 9.01 because i have read in other post that you have to enable features for patched asterisk 13, like i already have enabled sip_logging feature as guided in document of sip_logging .
just summarize i am getting lot of answering machines which vicibox is not able to filter, kindly guide me how to do this here is my configuration and system summary

Hosted -Cloud Dedicated server
Octa Core 16 GB RAM
Installed vicibox version 9.01,
asterisk 13.29.2

The solution for FAS is to identify a dozen of them and contact your carrier and have the carrier eliminate them. This is in NO way related to AMD.

It would be possible to have a custom Routing Exten created to kill calls under 1 second answer from dial, but you'll still be billed for them (as they were Fake Answer precisely for the purpose of billing you, so they WILL be billing you).

New SVN has AMD Filter where undetected AMD can either be routed to agent or not routed to agent.

As for FAS, you can't detect. You can still do with routing extension but I guess, PDD plays a big role here.

William here is my concern for vicibox9.01 and 9.02, to be very honestly speaking i have douzen of clients who are satisfied on goautodial 3.3 which uses asterisk 1.8 , i am not sure why vicibox is not efficient enough to filter AMD and dead air, may be its asterisk 13 role. but i every time i start with vicibox 9 i get bad feedback from my clients.

We did a thorough analysis of this for a client a few months ago. With Asterisk 11/13 there were underlying changes in how the base functions of Asterisk interacted with AMD and cause it to not work properly. These issues were fixed in Asterisk 13.29.2-vici, but the fix also caused AMD to be able to classify some calls that it previously would not be able to, resulting in those calls being able to be sent to agents, and giving the appearance that AMD was not working as well as it had been. This is the reason we added the Campaign feature "AMD Agent Route Options":

"If enabled and you are using Asterisk AMD, this setting will allow you to define the AMD statuses and responses for calls going through AMD that will be sent to agents, overriding the default which sends all HUMAN and NOTSURE status calls to agents. To see the AMD statuses and responses for the calls that have been logged on your system, go to the AMD Log Report on the Admin Utilities page. The PENDING option for this setting will allow you to click on this option to go to the Modify Settings Container page to edit the settings without making them active yet. Default is DISABLED. The Settings Container for these options allow for multiple lines of settings, with each line containing one AMD status-response pair each separated by a comma. For example:
HUMAN,HUMAN
NOTSURE,TOOLONG"

This option allows AMD to work the way it did in much older versions, but it would not allow those TOOLONG calls to just sit there running up your telco bill as happened in those older versions.

or any example?

Was trying to look at docs on the /usr/src/astguiclient files and its not there.

Its ok now.

Its on campaign detail.

It allows you to only route calls that are detected by amd to the agent. for example if its human answer you put on the amd container on settings container HUMAN,HUMAN and if you want to route calls that are detected like AMD, MAXWORDS to be routed to agents you can do by adding just that.

i dont have any settings in the container for it, i have it set as enabled tho at campaign level

I also am very curious if anyone has found what they believe to be the best setting for AMD, or one that makes it work much like asterisk 11.25.3.

we have been afraid to update to asterisk 13 because of the AMD. but also because for some reason agents get stuck in 3-way calls more on asterisk 13 for us.

for some reason in my case

even after I enable
AMD Agent Route Options:
and add
HUMAN,HUMAN
NOTSURE,TOOLONG

still getting
NOTSURE NOAUDIODATA transferred to agents

maybe I doing something wrong ?
