Too many no answers

So my agent send me the repoert for the last 1:40 hours that she was working today - and this is most of what we get since we started the campaign:


appt- 0
prospect/cb- 0
no answer- 114
disc- 19
rent- 7
wrong person- 7
wrong address-7
hung up- 5
do not call- 4
not int- 8.

Isn't vicidial suppose to filter the no answer and get my agent mostly to live people / sometimes miss and get voice call?

NOANSWER: No answer. The dial command reached its number, the number rang for too long, then the dial timed out.

increase the dial timeout option on your campaing settings

Check your CLI and see why no answers. Congestion? VOIP provider not responding? Bad data?

Too many things could be without more info.

- Use Rotation of caller IDs to not get them flagged so fast
