timer on agent screen [Resolved]

Postby dreedy » Fri Mar 29, 2019 9:35 am

Hello has anyone experienced the timer on the agent screen jumping up on time?

I have found that if you click on the "logged in as user" section on the top left of the agent screen that an active calls timer will start doubling in count and continue to advance as you click on the "logged in as user" section of the agent screen. I put a bug report in of my finding but am curious if anyone else has this issue?

At this time i have these 2 section in the campaign.

Set Agent Pause Max Seconds to 360
and Dispo Call Max Seconds to 300

We are using the webphone now and i have also experienced this with zoiper softphone.

good idea to post a link to the bug report.

browser? have you tried it on another browser?

anything in the javascript console when this happens?

Just tested in VERSION: 2.14-557c BUILD: 180314-2222 on Firefox and did not notice anything other than an initial "time hiccup/reset" on the FIRST click.

If you inspect that element, it has onclick="start_all_refresh();", so there's a possibility that there's a bug.

Have you tried it without those two campaign settings?

The original rep that i saw this on was on firefox the webphone is design for firefox as per what i read from matt so that is what i have stuck with. I was able to replicate this issue on my computer. we use the frontmotion firefox for the msi deployment.

i will need to retest it and see if i see anything in java i reported it on the 20th so my memory is a bit rusty on it.

as a test, be sure to try it on other browsers and with no browser extensions, of course

I was able to reproduce an issue, and have made a change to the svn/trunk codebase related to this issue. For more details, see the ticket:

Thank you. It is no longer jumping time when applying the svn 3086.
