Current active calls is incorrect

Seems like we are not getting the correct figures:

current active calls: 3521
calls ringing: 3521

We have stopped dialing by changing the dial method to INBOUND_MAN. But still upon checking the real time report we are seeing calls ringing. Do you know where we can locate that?

have a look at vicidial_auto_calls, but also look at why they aren't being cleared out. either the carrier extension for the agi with call_log is missing OR the numbers being dialed don't match a dial pattern (thus not invoking the call_log agi). In either case, if the agi never invokes, it never manages that auto-call entry and the entry will just stay there forever.

Hello William,

call_log is included on the extension. Also the dial pattern does match.
