Hello Everyone,

Would like to seek for an assistance why dialable leads is 0 even though we have successfully uploaded NEW leads. Please see below settings. Thanks in advance.

and please NEVER post "everything" again. Just the pertinent entries. 8-)

there were three suggestions in that post. not one.

dialable leads are generated from active lists in this campaign with dialable statuses MINUS:
* any leads already dialed
* any leads outside the calling time
* any leads removed by a filter
* any leads called more than "call count limit" times already

Note that there are also per list overrides that may require turning off. And never use "list mix" or "Lead recycling".
