Ratio Not Working After Carrier Change

Hi

I have changed carriers yesterday and for some reason an agent can only make a manual dial call and it will be perfect but when i change from manual to predictive i can see calls being rung and answered but nothing comes through to the agents. I have done a test and put my cell number into the predictive list and my phone rings and when i answer its silent for 2 seconds and then disconnects.

Often turns out to be caller ID since manual dialed calls use the CID of the agent's phone, but the auto-dialed calls use the CID of the campaign. There are other differences between manual and autodial, but that's the most common.

This post have more than 7 months old, so doesnt make sense to reply on it, but checking the logs this looks to be more Answer machine detection issue he is using routing exten 8369 , changing to 8368 would sove the problem
