I installed ViciBox v.8.1.2 181002 (Suse 42.3) , Asterisk 13.21.1-vici (version 2.14-69a Build: 181005-1738) as a standalone, single server in November on a test computer and did some partial configuration and testing, but had to leave the project for awhile. Now I am trying to set up List Custom Fields like I had in my old version (Vicibox 7.0.3-160505 – that was set up 2 years ago), but when I am logged in as the admin my Lists section on the left side of the screen does NOT have the “List Custom Fields” or “Copy Custom Fields” options.

I have added a campaign, added a New List, added a Lead to the list, but I still do not see the option for setting up Custom Fields for the List.

When I scroll to the bottom of the screen to modify the list that I created, I do not see a link for “Custom fields defined for this list” like I have in my older installation.

How do I get the option to add Custom Fields?

Admin->System Settings->Enable Custom List Fields

Thank you so much. Not sure why I did not see that before you pointed it out. Hopefully this post will help if someone else has the same problem.

Also, for other's future reference, I also had to give the admin user (6666) the authorization to modify the custom fields.

Users > click on user 6666

Change "Custom Fields Modify" = 1

Click Submit.

Before I did this I got a message saying "you are not authorized to view this section" when I went to Lists > List Custom Fields.

While you're in there you may want to investigate any other inactive features. And read the manual, of course, lol.
