No audio on many calls

Hello! i have installed vicibox 8.1.2
Running outbound campaign, method ratio , Auto Dial Level 4 with AMD on the issue is out 20 calls 10 live calls doest have sound please guide me what i am doing wrong.

carrier is good i think there is something wrong with my settings please help me fix it.

I have the same issue. I get live call status and customer info but no sound at all.

Sound missing on "some" calls sounds like something is overloaded. Either your firewall or your server. What's your average server load during this issue? If you dial only a few channels instead of lots of channels does the problem go away? What about turning off AMD?

Plus: How do you KNOW you aren't getting sound? I mean, you have AMD, it's entirely possible half your prospects are just hanging up. If you turn off AMD and change Drop Call Seconds to "0" (Zero) and the problem goes away ...

at the linux command line: "uptime"

this provides average server load at 1/5/10 minutes respectively. In a single server system this information is also usually available at the bottom of the real time report (not the real time summary, the report).

I got it William. So much thanks. And I found out that it's the firewall causing the "no sound" issue.
