Agentless campaign with AMD and auto transfer to Ingroup

Postby arunvsadnikov » Sun Oct 07, 2018 1:30 am

Hi Team,

Can someone shed some lights here. We are planning to setup an environment like below, not sure whether this can be done with the current vicibox installation.

Campaign01 => Agents will be login here, outbound calls in ratio mode with answering machine detection.
Campaign02 => No agents will be logged in here, this should dial based on a ratio, detect talk and auto transfer to a INGROUP, the ingroup should forward to Campaign01. So my agents logged in Campaign01 will be able to take both inbound and outbound calls. FYI, Campaign01 and INGROUP are working fine, need help with setting up Campaign02.

Is there any recommended way of implementation for this? Appreciate your help.
Code: Select all
  VERSION: 2.14-683a
  BUILD: 180809-1547
  SVN Version:   2659
  DB Schema Version:   1552
  ViciBox v.8.0.1
  Asterisk 11.25.3-vici

Thanks

Why not just have your agents log into the same campaign your outbound calls are being placed from?

The quality of leads in both campaigns are really different, the Campaign02 without Agents will have aged leads ie less talk. Currently we have an average wait time of 10-15 seconds in Campaign01 (outbound campaign) with a ratio of 10 with AMD, so introducing agent less campaign should reduce the wait time a bit and improves the productivity.

This is client requirement and Im trying to figure out a way to accomplish this. @mflorell , do you think this is something which can be done? Appreciate your help as always :D

Yes, we have clients doing this kind of dialing, although it's not always easy to manage it. This is the reason we added the "Inbound No-Agents No-Dial" campaign setting.

Thanks mflorell, Could you help me with the settings required to set up this environment. How do we route the calls from AMD to an ingroup?
