Inbound Drop number to voice mail is not working

Hi.
AM just trying to transfer inbound the timeout call to Voicemail. I have made some below setting but not working.
Created the voice mail ID-1001
Ingroup:
Drop Call Seconds: 20
Drop Action: VOICEMAIL
Drop Exten : 8307
Voicemail : 1001


After time out calls are not transferring to Voicemail.
Kindly help.

Issue resolved..
Its a multiple server environment, changed Active Voicemail Serve: to current server in System setting and its working fine.
