today I realized that some options were disabled in vicidial, for example, the list menu, dial method in all campaigns , etc.

the statusses options only a blue stripe appears

the load lead option en user account appears in zero, but if I set one does not save the changes.

the list menu does not appear on the left side

my user admin account have the all permissions


Has something similar happened to someone?

i have vicibox 7.03

Have you tried a different admin account, such as 6666?

yes... i create a new account with all permissions and i get the same result


Does vicidial have time restrictions?


can it be some service that is not running?

For me it looks like your database is corrupt / crashed. Try to repair your database:

mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --check --optimize --all-databases

Did you make any updates or something else? Are there any errors in your apache logs (/var/log/apache2)? And turn full error_reporting in php.ini on (don't forget to restart apache)!!

i didn´t upgrade recenctly

but i resolved the problem

en system settings the option "Outbound Auto-Dial Active" was in blanck , i put the number one and that is it

but I had a backup on vicibox and compare options defaults and i can see other options in blank , and I manually corrected the others

My concern is that this continues to happen and why did it happen?

At the bottom of the system settings page:

"Click here to see Admin changes to the system settings"

That will tell you who and what time and the IP of the person who makes this change.

If that log has no entry explaining the change, there are a couple obvious options:
1) Your upgrade was flawed and when other changes on this page are made, this value is omitted and somehow "blanked" due to the difference in your DB Schema vs your live admin web GUI code on at least one server used as Admin Web.
2) You have an external source changing your DB value for this field. There are many reasons why this happens, but if it's your server ... YOU should be cognizant of any and all such access.

what is the recommend browsers for vicidial ?

Google chrome is best for agents i think. However, i haven’t seen a browser yet that vicidial won’t run on. That includes silk and opera and dolphin and Firefox and internet explorer and safari.

Vicidial is designed primarily for Firefox. It used to have some special code for IE, but seems to also work well with Chrome. The VICIdial Group has built a soft phone for vicidial, VICIphone. Maybe they will build an open source browser for VICIdial some day, based on Mozilla Firefox.

And the next version of Vicibox, due out any time now, promises to come with asterisk 13 and viciphone preinstalled. And certbot for ssl certificates. Generally speaking you need a fully qualified domain name, but once you have vicidiphone (webrtc phone) running, your agents won’t have to install configure and use soft phones like we always have, viciphone is a web phone and will be ready to go when your agents log in.

You can get it working now too, if you dont want to wait for the next vicibox. There are instructions linked to that site.
