Vicibox 7.0.3 from .iso | Vicidial 2.14-579a Build 161128-1746 | Asterisk 11.22.0-vici | CLuster setup: 1 web 1 DB 1 Slave DB 8 telephony | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

i have a client that wants documentation of call flow to each department. They have around 400 DID's 70 ingroups 25 call menus. Is there and preferred tools or common practices among the vicidial users that would help in compile this?

Could you please explain in more detail exactly what "documentation of call flow to each department" means?

they are wanting a detailed map from the time we make and outbound call till the time it becomes a sale so whatever hops, transfers, callmenus, ingroups, DID's. WIth hundreds of DID's and ingroups to be able to map that our would be a challenge. Curious if there was a tool or program anyone would recommend?

Yes, that would be quite a challenge, there is A LOT of data to go through there, and there could be many potential paths. I don't know of any visualization tools out of the box that will do that.
