Inbound calls doesnt go to vicidial

I'm having a strange problem with my carrier inbound. This is reporting a large number of calls made to my DID with calls of up to one hour, when I search for those calls in my system only appear in the CDR but I can not find it in the Vicidial CLOSER, I only see the call in call_log then appears as answered or does not enter Vicidial. My provider reports 100 calls to me and I only have it in vicidial 22. I really do not know where those calls are going, because if they are called inbound they do not appear in vicidial as unattended or abandoned since they were made on Saturday. The frequency with which they are performed is very high, an example

This is so strange anybody has any idea or cluee about this ?
