Hi guys i got Survey that when someone Press 1 - it will be routed to Voicemail and emailed to our survey email address,
Now our problem is how to trace or gather the Number of those who press 1 and Routed to Voicemail so we can call them back somehow, any idea guys or is this possible the Number of the customer who press 1 can be recorded so we can call them back after.? is it recorded also on the Voicemail.? or on the Report.? what could be the specific Report.? Please help, Thanks a lot

You can use the Ingroup Drop Option. You need to configure Call Menu > Press 1 > Ingroup and set the Drop Call Seconds to 0, then configure Drop Action to Voicemail. You can get the number of the caller.
