I have setup a couple of remote agents but when an inbound call is sent to one of the agents our provider refuses to setup the call because no caller ID is sent. When i dial from a campaing that uses the same prefix/carrier a caller ID is shown normally. Can anyone help me out with this one?

Transferring calls internally comes with challenges for transferring values with them. For instance, call handling method of "Closer" is necessary to avoid CID changes in some scenarios, in others we've found that skipping the AGI line in the carrier call to the remote agent (separate carrier entry, same actual carrier) will work.
So ... describe the full path of this call. DID -> Call Menu -> Ingroup -> Remote Agent? Check each of the stopping points for Handling and/or CID options. Especially if using "OnHook" agents in an Ingroup which has its own setting for On-Hook CID.
