Hi

We are getting this WARNING on vicidial server installed from vicibox8.0.1 with no firewalls setup.

We have disabled all the SIP Phones, Carriers and DID's but still we get to see this error frequently.

Not a great idea! Although I am not entirely sure what could lead to these errors, I highly recommend that the first thing you should do is get a firewall up and running. You could just have plain iptables which will give you decent protection if configured correctly. In addition, I would also recommend trying to use a non-standard SIP port as 5060 can be easily targeted by bots.

Once you have protected your dialer, next step would be to make sure you're able to place/receive calls normally. If not, it may be a networking issue. There are several articles on this forum and elsewhere on how to open SIP/RTP ports, configure port forwarding on your router, etc.
