Posted: Mon Dec 10, 2018 8:35 amWe have use service from Elision and they are awsome. They did integration for us of vicidial & vtiger with single sign on SSO. We login to our vtiger and we are auto login to vicidial. And all vicidial buttons you can operate from vtiger itself. You dont have to use vicidial agent screen for calling.
They also did WebRTC for us in this integration.
