Any messages on the browser console when this happens?

Have you tried upgrading to the latest svn/trunk version?

That version is almost a year old, I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk version.

follow the instructions for upgrading in the UPGRADE document

The build you are using is 11 months old, I still recommend an upgrade.

If you want a detailed changelog, just use an SVN browser like RapidSVN to view every change made since the revision you are using.

I think you are overloaded or there are network problems. Is it an ALL-IN-ONE Server, how many agents, which dial ratio and what is the load when this happens?

Workstation issue, most likely. What web browser are they using? Are they all on the same hardware and all experiencing the same Freeze Issue? Is it all at the same time, or each agent dies at a random moment?

Cool. Try a single agent with Firefox and another with IE. and try one with better hardware AND with NO other software installed on the workstation.

Oh: Check your apache logs first. May be a hint in there if the problem is server-side.

Is it all at the same time, or each agent dies at a random moment?

Out of all that, all you chose to respond to was "different" hardware? (Note that I said "Better" not "Different": If you went from one $25 refurbished celeron-based old workstation to a different one with the same specs, and the result was the same, you shouldn't be surprised, lol).

Hi,

We tried it to an (Windows 10, i5 processor with 8GB of RAM and , 1GBbps LAN port, 500 GB HDD) and (Windows 10, i5 processor with 16GB of RAM and , 1GBbps LAN port, 500 GB HDD) . we still experience the freeze time, where agent cant click the hangup button to make a disposition. we tried different browser Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
