Hi everyone,

Can someone explain me the use of this specific field(?), because I can't understand, if I change it what I am going to see as a result.

Concurrent Transfers -This setting is used to define the number of calls that can be sent to agents at the same time. It is recommended that this setting is left at AUTO. This field is not used by the MANUAL dial method.

it is the number of calls that can be routed to agents at the same time, without having to wait in line for the first one to be routed.

I'm sorry for asking again but i have a question. Ι know that Agents are being routed based on the answered calls and, of course, based on the ratio. If i put instead of Auto the selection: for example 40 what would the dealer do?
He would call until he reached 40 calls or he would call simultaneously? Thank you!
