How to make a remote agent stop outbound dialing

lol i did not know this was possible but i got asked to enable an on-hook deskphone to be used to pick up some of the vicidial ingroups so the easiest way i knew was to use a remote agent. Only once i had enabled i was told it was making outbound calls lol. So we called over a 100 companies at 11 pm, :D

Anyway, what's the best way to set a remote agent for inbound only, do i create a campaign that's CLOSED only and assign the agent to that or is there another way?
