ongoing problem w/automated reports arriving in email blank

How or why would an automated report show up blank? I send myself automated reports everyday and they show with all the data... works great! I changed the email address and now they are showing up blank... just a white blank empty screen. Why does this happen? I've asked the hosting company 5 or 6 times over the last few years and they don't respond.. has anyone else experienced this?

The email provider may be blocking the emails since it isnt encrypted
