Users that cant see Carriers on Admin Login!!!

Hello
I want to create a user group that can Access Administration but cant see the Carrier.
I created a USER GROUP : IT
I created a User and added it to this Group.The User Level is 9 and All the Admin Interface Options are 0.

But when i log in as this user ,this user dont have permission at Reports and other setting.But the user can See Admin>Carriers (so he can read the registration string).He cant access the sip configuration but can see the String.
How to make this possible for the string to be hidden (or to show the message You do not have permission to view this page,when he click to Carriers ) ??

Good catch!

We've fixed this in svn/trunk by chopping off the useful parts of the registration string in the latest version of admin.php.
