NANPA switch code scrubbing

I wrote a perl script that downloads from NANPA all of the valid switches in the US. It can be found here:

If run regularly, you can use the table it creates in the DB to scrub your leads for invalid numbers. This will not only tell you how many leads that are invalid (can actually be quite high) which you can use to bargin with your lead provider but it will also prevent you from dialing these bogus numbers, increasing the connect rate.
