Hey there,
Is anyone working on a software appliance distro of Vicidial (a-la AsteriskNow or Trixbox)? CDROM install, or VM image with Linux and vicidial all configured and ready to go? AsteriskNow uses RPath and many of the others are CentOS based and use Kickstart for automating the install.

Yes, there are several people working on it, but it's very difficult to do, especially with the required perl modules and other programs that are needed to run VICIDIAL. There is also the matter of putting all of the time into maintaining something like that which is also very difficult with how quickly that packages like AsteriskNOW and trixbox change.
