Remote Agents Logging

Just figured I would ask if anyone has done any modifications of the remote agent scripts to include logging? If so would anyone be willing to share them?Not expecting a full how to just a modified version of the file and I can see how they changed it. I am just not familiar yet with the logging/reporting system yet.

what sort of event is it that you'd like to "log"?

Basically I just want to have it log calls like a normal agent. I need to track some on hook agents and view the call recordings easily through the web interface.

It is not possible to track remote agents call activity with the same level of detail as you do with a standard vicidial agents. I'm sure we could add a few more points of information in the logs, but it would be nowhere near the level that is possible with a vicidial.php agent.

I'm not sure you're talking about tracking the remote agents specifically, but the campaign (if you record all calls in a campaign, those calls will be available to listen to ...).

Yeah but its mainly an inbound calling campaign I am dealing with and the person accessing the recordings needs to do it in a simple stupid fashion. Similar to the agent performance detail.
