Hello
we have installed vicidial 2.0.5 with asterisk 1.4.21 and we have a problem. if an agent is connected with phone and his interface (agc) and will not take a call or do a manual call asterisk will hang up it after 30-40 seconds or when an other agent deconnect all other agents are hangup from asterisk
can you help please

use asterisk 1.2

also have you followed the sample asterisk confs?
