Churn Leads

Hello All,

I am using vicidial form long time but lots of my leads are getting waste as I dont know how to churn Drop calls as well as answering machine calls.

STATUSES WITHIN THIS LIST:
STATUS STATUS NAME CALLED NOT CALLED
A Answering Machine 80 0
B Busy 10 0
CALLBK Call Back 0 4
CBHOLD 1 0
DC Disconnected Number 20 0
DNC DO NOT CALL 11 0
DROP Agent Not Available 140 0

NI Not Interested 23 0
SALE Sale Made 1 0
SUBTOTALS 487 2945
TOTAL 3432

This is my list status...

so is there any way that I can use that unused leads again?

reset the list in the list modification page and set DROP as a dial status in your campaign page.

I tend to use Lead Recycling initially in the campaign's Detail section and then once the iteration of the list is complete go into the list and select Reset Lead Called Status.
